The real testament was MHS systems dedication to making the system function flawlessly. We are talking dedicated home network, seamless roaming of wireless from indoors to outdoors around our pool, to full security and touchscreen automation. This was not a small undertaking being I am a very demanding person who works in the IT industry and was very specific on my requirements. Johns team of experts also performed an intuitive way for the lighting to come on and off during specific times, when doors opened and when we were away on vacation.
To have piece of mind when you are away is key. The smartphone integration was fantastic to have via the control 4 application. I could control the entire house from the pool to the HVAC all with my phone anywhere I was and had a connection.
MHS is also very responsive when an issue would come up. Within 24 hours they would dispatch a technician to assist us with any issue or assist us remotely.
