General Remodeling
Mike is a very nice man, very personable.....has great decorating ideas. My bathrooms are beautiful and the paint colors he chose are lovely. It took him six months to complete the first project. The people he hires (painters, in particular) aren't the greatest. He is very expensive. You have to choose what you want, otherwise, if you leave it to him, you'll get the high end of the price range. He will also charge you for the time it takes him to shop for the supplies needed to work on your home....including the travel and waiting time. I was foolish, because the job just kept getting costlier and costlier (we did have an estimate, NOT a contract). I think he took advantage....or I was just naive (probably the latter). Hopefully, I learned from this experience.
