 + -1 moreIt was a wonderful experience. This is actually the second time Marc has helped me sell a house and buy another. Unlike some horror stories I've heard about other realtors, Marc and his team are highly ethical people, very knowledgeable, and they really do keep the client's best interests at the top of the list. This process took almost a year, because of my needs: I needed time to prepare my old home for sale, and got many good suggestions from Marc (including a contractor to do a lot of the work). The house was beautiful when it went on the market and we had a contract in under a month! Meanwhile, Sue took me to condos, then to houses, always being helpful and encouraging. She and Marc made sure that the house I chose and I were a good "fit," and they helped me every step of the way.
Description of Work: Marc Goldin (and his team -- notably Sue Sneed) helped me sell my old home and find a new one. They were actively involved in every step of the process, to whatever extent I wanted their participation. The search for the new one was complicated by the fact that I first wanted a garden condo, then a two-story townhome, then a house, and kept changing my mind about where I wanted to live. Through all of this, Marc and Sue were understanding, helpful, and encouraging. They were actively involved in every step of the process -- from determining a selling price, to suggestions of improvements to make the home more marketable, to wonderful literature on the house, to closing the sale. On the buying end, they showed me any property I wanted to see and made additional suggestions, suggested a home inspector, reviewed his report, and helped me navigate several bumps in the road, until we got to closing!
