It was a wonderful experience. This is actually the second time Marc has helped me sell a house and buy another. Unlike some horror stories I've heard about other realtors, Marc and his team are highly ethical people, very knowledgeable, and they really do keep the client's best interests at the top of the list. This process took almost a year, because of my needs: I needed time to prepare my old home for sale, and got many good suggestions from Marc (including a contractor to do a lot of the work). The house was beautiful when it went on the market and we had a contract in under a month! Meanwhile, Sue took me to condos, then to houses, always being helpful and encouraging. She and Marc made sure that the house I chose and I were a good "fit," and they helped me every step of the way.
