Bo's team showed up on time and completed the tree removal in one day.  The larger tree remnants were removed on the following Monday (main work was done on a Friday).  Tree stump grinding occurred on Tuesday.

Excellent from first contact and appointment until the last leaf was picked up. They were really outstanding in everyway. They were on time, reasonable in price, but mostly they were extremely interested in making sure we were absolutely satisfied. Their work was outstanding. We had multiple trees removed and others trimmed. They hand carried things to protect our lawn. We are very pleased to be writing a positive review for this company and personally to the guys who worked so very hard.

The task was to remove 2 trees from the back yard. The deal was made with me to remove the remains by hand as there is limited access to the rear yard. Firstly, they were not punctual. Either late or had to reschedule for every meeting throughout the process. Next, they showed up to cut the trees, but asked my wife (who was home at the time of the service) if they could use the bobcat to remove the remains of the trees; They'd knock off $100! She agreed. Well, the bobcat destroyed my side yard, they had to take down a portion of chain link fence (and didn't replace it) and destroyed a flagstone sidewalk that I had installed myself. They left 10' logs on my front lawn for a couple of days without explanation. It went on and on. Didn't return calls, etc. Eventually they agreed to come out and fix the side yard. Brought a few guys with shovels! No, there was a huge mud pit where the lawn used to be. They had to use the bobcat again to level. I would never use them again if YOU paid!

Completely satisfied in every manner. They came, gave an estimate, and then came per their appointment to remove the tree. Everything was done as promised, including the removal. My neighbor used them on the same day and had the same, positive experience. Recommend these folks highly.

They were very professional and did a great job. Very clean and were very careful to not damage the lawn or sprinkler heads. They ground up all but the large logs and hauled it away. They did amazing work and I would absolutely use them again. 

The only issue we had was that they stacked the large logs in the road and said that they would be hauled away by the next day. It took 4 days and my homeowners association was upset as well as my husband and I since it was a hazard...and ugly. They sub-contracted having that job done and I was told that the other companies truck broke down. I would hope in the future that they would make other arrangements.

This is not your ordinary tree company.These guys are on a different level.Excellent I mean high quality work!!Good price.Very,very professional!!Very knowledgeable and polite.Will definitely hire them again and refer them to all my friends and family.

It was a very tricky job, all the trees were near the house. I was pleased that the man who gave us the estimate provided the copy of their insurance right on the spot and when the job was scheduled they had plenty of specialized machinery/bobcats/and bucket lifting equipment on site to do the job as safely and efficiently as you could hope for.  It was fascinating to sit and watch them orchestrate all the taking down and grinding up of the enormous limbs.  They were as good as it gets, that's a fact.  I will definitely use them in the future.

Bo and his team did an excellent job.  Bo was on time to give us an estimate, he was very knowledgeable, polite and professional.  The price given was very competitive.  The service was scheduled very quickly the team arrived on time and completed the task quickly.  They cleaned up the debris and in fact left our yard and home looking neater and cleaner then before they arrived.

The person whom I met with to receive an estimate was on time, professional and polite which was a great first impression.  
I was able to keep open correspondence with him via text and actual voice call.  He never took long to get back with me.  
He called me the day before to let me know that the crew would be out in the morning, the next day which they were.  The arborist/person who gave me the estimate was there with the crew when they arrived and at that time, he introduced me to the foreman of the crew and reconfirmed what trees were being removed --which i loved.
They worked extremely fast and cleaned up the tree removal very well.  The logs from the trees were removed the next day when the stump grinding machine came along with a separate crew.  i had been out for 3 hours and when I came home, I was both surprised and elated to see that all of the stumps had been ground and the trunks/logs were removed. 
I also LOVED that the payment wasn't due until ALL of the work had been completed.  
I would absolutely recommend this company again and, if needed, they'd be my first call for tree service removal.

Fantastic. Bo and his guys did a great job.  Fast and cleaned up everything. Saved me reasonable size oak limbs for splitting/firewood and cut/stacked for me. Very impressed. Provided me with copy of insurance rider up front.

I had originally thought that the work would take days.
The Maple team arrived on time, worked tirelessly all day and finished by nightfall. My wife and I watched them in fascination through our window all day (a free IMAX show) - they were confident and competent in doing the work.
They took great care during the day to ensure that their "bob-cat"  caused minimal damage to our property. 
When they job was finished they were careful to clear up the woodland are by removing traces of the "bob-cat" tracks and did a first rate job of clearing debris from my drive and around the back of the house.
The Maple team were a great bunch of guys, very courteous and friendly - we would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

They cut trees back away from the house and trimmed multiple trees up high to open up the back yard. 10 trees total, most were River Birch and Maple.  They arrived promptly and did exactly what they said they would.  They moved all back yard furniture etc that would be in the way of falling branches and replaced everthing when done.  They backed a shredder into the drive and cleaned up all of the debris. The drive, walks and grass were all blown off.  Very pleased with the service.  The supervisor stayed with the workmen to verify the job was done properly.

Had a few rain day set backs. Had some special drains, pipes and dogwoods that were of concern. They brought in a crane to remove 5 difficult pines. Very slick operation. Clean-up after job was great. Very happy with the job.

Quick response to initial contact. Professional evaluation. Lowest price of three quotes. Good contact before appointment. Did what they said, consulted owner when there were options. Equipment seemed modern, cleaned up very well. Very happy with results.

We are very impressed with the quality of work, follow-through and service we received when we used Maple for our tree service.  I had four estimates from recommended companies on Angie's List and Maple gave me the best price. Bo came out on a Saturday to assess the situation, answer my questions and give an estimate.  He arrived on time and provided a detailed estimate. 
When the crew came out and did the work the following Wednesday, they exceeded my expectations as well. The guys were very professional and worked fast.  They were here promptly at 8:30 in the morning and the job was complete in less than three hours, which is amazing given the size and difficulty of the huge popular in our front yard.  The entire crew was respectful of our property, they worked diligently and skillfully to get the job done in a precise and efficient manner.  We are very impressed with the quality of work, follow-through and clean-up.  Excellent value for the price.  I highly recommend Maple and will use them in the future.
