Cleaners were supposed to be at house around 9am. About 8:45 TJ called to let us know that one of the cleaners children had an emergency and they would be a couple of hours late. Since we just needed it cleaned sometime that day (before the move in the following day) that was not a problem. I did not hear from them at all on that day. The next day (move in day) we came to the house prepared to just move in our items and could not tell for certain if the cleaners had even been there. Then we noticed some damage that was done to the paint and some vacuum marks on the floor and realize they had shown up. The cabinets had not been touched, the grout in the bathroom was still dirty, the sinks were still dirty, the stove was still dirty. It was like they had not been there. I spent several hours on move in day having to clean the cabinets out to prepare for items to be placed in the cabinets. I was shocked at the quality. I messaged TJ and he said that the team had been to the house and if there were issues they would come out on Monday to take a look and "re hit the cabinets". I notified him that the cabinets had not been cleaned at all. We couldn't wait until Monday - we had to get everything moved in today. I sent TJ the photos and have not heard back however this was only a few hours ago. We were extremely disappointed in this service. We will try to find someone else.

I love my Maid Right franchisee Grace. She is so on top of cleaning my house! She even lets my dogs out for me when she comes. Grace and her team have been cleaning my house for over 3 years. I love coming home at night to a freshly cleaned house.

Maid Right does a great job! Whether it's in the professional office staff or Grace who cleans my house, they are always reliable and consistent in their service. Grace is like family and takes such great care of us. Everyone should have a Grace!

The cleanings have gone really well. I have the same team each time, they are ALWAYS on time and very through with their work. You know each time who you are dealing with and because they use the same system of cleaning each time, you know everything in the home is covered. They were professional and easy to work with in times I needed to reschedule.

We got off to a kind of rocky start due to circumstances beyond the companies control but they were so willing to make things right and I am thrilled that I gave them a second chance because this is a great service and their customer service is beyond belief. In a time when some companies do not care about making things right this company went above and beyond. We will now be using them on a regular basis.

They were able to do it 2 days after I requested the service. Everything was cleaned expertly. No complaints at all!

Very through cleaning, carpet, floors, dusting everything, bathrooms cleaned, two people for about 3 hours. Very pleased.
