We had been using Maid Brigade for several months, and had been generally very happy with their service. I had them come out to do an extra "Deep Clean" before my baby shower, and they were set to return, as per our regular scheduled cleanings, 2 weeks later. When I received no phone call from Mike, their manager, notifying me of their schedule that week, I assumed I had my wires crossed and they were not scheduled until the following week. When I did not hear from Mike again the second week, I called and left a voicemail to find out what was going on. The next day, I received a letter from Mike notifying me that my service had been discontinued due to a shortage of qualified cleaning professionals and their existing high volume of clients. I was obviously very upset and confused, especially because of the very impersonal nature of the letter, and the lack of returned phone calls prior to the letter. I called again to express this, as well as to request a reimbursement check for a lamp the maids had broken in a previous cleaning, and again left a voicemail. Later that week, I received my reimbursement check in the mail. Again, with no phone call. I don't know what is going on with Maid Brigade or Mike the manager, but I am shocked at the lack of respect and professionalism when it comes to handling this situation. Given the reasoning for my service discontinuation stated in the letter, I would really caution anyone against hiring Maid Brigade, as, evidently, they are simply too busy to manage all of their clients.

Maid Brigade of Atlanta has cleaned my home 3 times.  I have been very happy with their services and attention to detail.  The first time they clean, the fee is based on an estimate only and on the homeowners opinion of their home, so be prepared to pay a little extra.  This is because most of us probably do not do the detail cleaning that Maid Brigade does.  I know I didn't, and I though I kept a pretty clean house.  They have always done an awesome job for me.  I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I like their reliability and flexibility as well as their accountability for any problems that may come up.
They are easy to contact by web/email as well as phone for any rescheduling needs.
They do a consistently good job, though I do wish they'd be more willing to do deeper clean (they don't move furniture).

The team is very professional and personable. They do an excellent job. They call ahead and are always on time. I work from home and have four dogs. The team always leaves the office for last so that I can work and the dogs are comfortable.

The office staff is also very helpful. When one of my family members was sick on a scheduled cleaning day, they rescheduled for a better day with no problems.

Overall has been a good experience. They are pleasant and responsive.  The staff always checks in.  Always get a reminder.  Some teams are better than others, some are more thorough.  If I complain I get a discount, but I don't complain much.

I am thrilled with the service Maid Brigade provided. It took a couple of weeks to arrange an appointment because I wanted to be home for the initial cleaning, and my schedule was tight. My cleaning team, the "Tigers", consisted of three hard-working, professional women who spent 6 hours scrubbing my house. They called to let me know they were on their way, and arrived right on time. They never took a break, just kept cleaning away. A supervisor came to check on the work and pitched in herself for about an hour. I was in the house during this visit, and the team checked with me often as to how I wanted things to be done. The team was very thorough and my house was spotless when they left. Given the size of my house and the detailed work that was done, I think the amount I was charged is reasonable. The price I paid was slightly higher than the estimate I had received, because there was so much woodwork which took extra time, but Maid Brigade had told me up front that the cost might be a little more or less than the estimate, based on what they found when the team arrived at the house. Had I hired one person to come in, I'd have to have her in at least once a week just to keep up with things, and probably would end up spending about the same amount of money for the routine service I am hiring Maid Brigade to do. It was also nice to get the entire house spotless all at once; other services don't do that. Because they use 'green' cleaning products, the house didn't smell like a chemical factory afterwards. I also selected Maid Brigade because they thoroughly train their staff, all their workers are bonded and have passed a background check, and they take care of taxes and Social Security so I don't have to worry about it. I have set up a routine cleaning schedule, and will have the "Tigers" come to my house every other week. It was so nice to not have to scrub bathrooms and floors my entire weekend! I am a very happy customer.

Was not happy with the supervisor on duty. She kept telling me no they don't do that when I asked for her to clean something. I felt like I was getting ripped off for what I paid for. They basically cleaned the bathrooms and floors of the house. Nothing else.

This company is very reliable. They do this service one time a week and they do it well. I have no complaints with them or anything they do. They also perform the work at my job site as well. I pay them each time they come out. They are also very friendly and flexible.

They did a very good job of cleaning our home. They were quick with what had to be done and the work that was done was done in a professional manner. I decided to use them because they are a well know company around this area. I really liked the fact that they stayed out my way as much as possible.

My main concern is its hard to speak with them they understand little English. They are very accomodating. They will clean my toaster oven and my microwave (these are things I didn't expect). I'm pleased with their work.

The company was able to meet to my request for cleaning on the day that I phoned in. The cleaners were courteous and did a good job. The company was also very responsive when there was a small problem and fixed it to my satisfaction.

I'm very pleased with the service that I've been receiving. They are very responsive, they work with me on schedule changes and they show up on the day they are scheduled. I give them my key and let them go to work. I love the way my house smells when I get home. I highly recommend them.
