The type of shade I wanted needed to be ordered, so Jim (the owner) said he gave me an approximate date it would come in and stated he would follow up with me when it arrived. When I did not hear anything from him around the date the order was to come in, I called Jim and was informed it had not arrived and was told he would contact me when it does. He sent me an email four days later, which happened to be Saturday at 9pm, letting me know the shade came in and wanted to check on my schedule to get it installed. He informed me that he could not work evenings because of family circumstances and asked if Sunday would work. I did not see the email until Monday. I replied back Monday morning and said the upcoming Sunday would work. I never heard back, so I called him. Jim told me he did not mean the upcoming but the past Sunday. I don't understand why Jim followed up with me via email when I specifically requested him to call me to schedule the installation appointment. I believe emailing me was a way for him to bide more time. Jim asked me if I was available during the days this week. I explained to him I could go into work late to accomodate the installation. He said Friday would work but then backed out saying he didn't want me to take any time off of work and asked if Saturday morning would work. We scheduled the appointment for Saturday, but Jim never showed up. When I called him to find out where he was, he postponed the appointment again without a firm commitment. We have a tentative appointment schedule for Sunday between 9:30-10:30am.
