Luana Castro House Cleaning

We have used their services for the past year and it has been great! Every week they do a very thorough job and make the place look amazing. We tried several different large and small cleaning services before choosing them as our regular weekly cleaning service. Very nice couple and very trustworthy.

I just can't say enough good about Luana Castro House Cleaning.  It was hard to get an open spot in their schedule, but once we got it they came in and did just a fantastic job.  We first asked them to do a "deep cleaning' in preparation for a big party.  They spent eight hours ($350) and seriously cleaned every square inch.  They even vacuumed and dusted the tops of the kitchen cabinets behind the moldings.  She got burned on stains off our stovetop that I'd scrubbed forever with polish and cleaner.  They are polite, friendly, reliable and do a simply fantastic job.  We've since signed up for bi-weekly cleaning and they continue to deliver.

She does a terrific job and is very personable. They are happy to accommodate any additional requests. They strive to and do perform a good job.

Luana and her husband Ramón are a very nice and friendly couple. All contacts (e-mailing, phone calls, visit for quote) were promptly and in time. First cleaning was done thorougly and fast, even they couldn´t start with deep cleaning as scheduled due to some unexpected renovations in our home. They brought along their own cleaning stuff which I found great. They are also using materials based on vinegar, which suits me perfect. They even took the garbage with them! I have a very good feeling about them supporting us and hope we will have a long time cooperation. Brigitte

I have used two housekeeping services over the last 3.5 years.  We used one service for about 2.5 years and another service (more recent), we only used a few times before we dismissed them.  
Our concern when it comes to house cleaning is consistency and thoroughness.  Luana and her husband came into our home this morning and did a fantastic job.  Both my husband and I were amazed at how thorough she and Ramon were - but quick also.  They didn't look as if they were hurried, but stayed very focused.  They left their cell phones in the car, brought their own equipment, and got right to work.  This is the cleanest my house has been in a long time!
Luana and Ramon are nice as well.  Very kind and great communicators (which includes excellent listening skills).  She took time to understand the way we like things done and then executed.  I highly recommend her.

Luana has been cleaning our home for almost 2 years. Recently, we moved into a much larger home and Luana is still doing a fabulous job for us. When we get home, the house is spotless - it almost feels as if we live in a model home. We can't imagine anyone else cleaning our home!!L

She does a good job, but nothing extraordinary. I feel that the price she charges is fair. I wouldn't pay any more for her services. Sometimes she is late but she always lets me know.

I dreamed my whole house was clean and then I woke up and realized it was not a dream...all my dreams come true! With three boys, a busy husband and two very large dogs, keeping my house clean was burdensome for this working Mom. Now that Luanna comes weekly, we can maintain it very easily. Thank you so much!

Luana and Ramone did a spectacular job cleaning my home from top to bottom. They are thorough, diligent, and detailed. I came into the kitchen while Ramone was cleaning the microwave. I dont think it has ever had such a thorough cleaning. My entire house was sparkling. I was thrilled. At LAST!!!

Luanna & Ramone are very responsible and diligent workers. Overall, they do a good job and we would definitely recommend them. You can trust them - they are honest and responsible. They are consistent and always call to let us know if they are running late or want to change their cleaning time.

I found Luana on Angies List. Until I moved to Florida this month, Luana and her husband came monthly to clean my house. They were always professional and did a great job. They worked quickly and superbly to get the job done. Kitchens, bathrooms, you name it. Super clean. And they are honest and trustworthy, so that I just gave them a key and left a check for them. I think they will be hard to replace in my new home. I wish I could take them with me.

Luana and her husband do a better job than most people. A great thing about them is that they are very reliable, professional, and great at coordinating appointments and if you've worked with housekeepers in the past you know these can be very difficult. One thing I will say is that they did a great job when they started with me but have since gotten to be only average. They tend to take shortcuts as it seems they have gotten very busy and rush through everything but I think they still do better than a lot of people.

Luana cleans my townhome every 2 weeks and she's wonderful. I have used her 5 times so far. She'll come to your house to do a consultation (probably with her husband) and then set up a schedule. First service costs a bit more, but after that it is $95 for a 2400 sq ft house. Really sweet person who does a great job.

Luana Castro and her husband, Ramon have assisted me with my house on two separate occasions to date.
