I liked the delivery men. They were very efficient, they knew what they were doing. They set it up, did a really good job in the least amount of time, and took the old refrigerator. The price was pretty good. The quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism was great. I will use them again in the future.

they also had a great selection. Both installations were on time and then even called to follow up. They only they could have improved was asking how tall my garage door was.

The purchasing process was fine. However, the Lowe's installer failed to install it correctly and we did not get any hot water. I had to bring in another plumber to look at it and fix the installation. I would not recommend using Lowe's for ANY appliance installation as they appear to use outside service people and there is no guarantee of their expertise.
