Even though they supposedly vetted each tenant when they skip out on the rent and find another tenant they again take a commission of 50% of the rent for finding a new tenant when they gave the tenant an unapproved 200 month rental special. When asked to explain these situations they fall back on the fact that they have a high turn-over and can not contact the previous property manager. They refuse to give accurate reporting to Time and Material costs to explain why repairs are so costly.
Needless to say they are very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone, that needs to find a reputable agency to manage large investments.
