About us
Founded in 2008, Live Oak Construction Group, LLC, was created to focus on highly skilled remodeling and renovation projects. President and Company owner, Matt Skubic, has been building homes in Atlanta since 2004. Many of the homes built by Matt have a market value exceeding $1 million. A 1999 graduate of Clemson University, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design, where he won the prestigious HOK Design Award. Live Oak Construction Group, LLC is an active member of NARI (National Association of Remodelers Industry) and HBA (Home Builders Association). They have earned several awards including an OBIE Award for Residential Construction, as well as Kitchen of the Year as awarded by Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles Magazine. Live Oak strives to construct quality products that meet or exceed clients' and architects' expectations. They continue to build and maintain a reputation of respect, trust, and quality.
