Punctual, professional, communicative, accomadative, knowledgeable about job, courteous, SUPER FAST. I am still pleasantly surprised. At first, I did not allow myself to exhale. I waited to see what the catch was. It's been over 10 days and everything is working great. I was even able to get an upgraded hot water heater at no additional cost! When I woke up on Christmas eve day to find my hot water heater was leaking, I did not know what to expect. After contacting the manufacturer and verifying it was under warranty, I found several companies that could do the work. I chose lionsgate and who would have thought they would be at my home the morning after Christmas and would be through in less than 2 hours! He left everything clean too. Just an all around excellent experience!

The young man Sir Earl McClora was very knowledgeable, efficient and worked above and beyond to insure that everything was in an operable condition prior to leaving. He was very mannerable and respectful, a quality that you don't see too often with this generation. I enjoyed talking to the young man, he even gave me some additional plumbing tips..AWESOME COMPANY.
