Lions Perfect Drywall

I contacted Leo through a clearing house service. He scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I had a water leak which severely damaged about a quarter of the ceiling in a basement bedroom. The plumber had made 2 holes to access the leak to repair it. Leo showed up with an assistant. I showed him the portion of the ceiling which was damaged. He measured it and offered to do the job and paint only the area he replaced for 700$. I agreed to this. He came and brought a large piece of drywall. After he left I went to the room to close the outside door and turn off the lights which had been left open and on. Unfortunately I immediately could see the water stains in the ceiling and it was obvious that he had only repaired the holes and spread spacing over the area he was to replace. I called him. He said that he had decided that the damaged drywall was still good, so he only fixed the holes. I told him that this was not the job we had agreed on. He could either do the job contacted, or lower the price to reflect the work he had done. He declined. If you hire this company I recommend watching to make sure they do what you hired them for.
