Dr. Lincenberg is a charming man. He was punctual and his staff polite.  He was willing to negotiate his price.
He performed the surgery, which at first looked very nice.  However, six months after the surgery, the cheek jowels and sagging neck skin were back,  with complete numbness in my neck and the major portions of my face and ears.  I had problems swallowing and hearing on my right side.  I returned to Dr. Lincenberg, who said that he was not responsible for the way that my skin "aged", which was ridiculous.  He refused to refund my money or make the repairs unless I paid him additional and exorbitant fees.  
Six months later, the swallowing and hearing problems became more severe so I sought the advise of Dr. Chip Cole in Atlanta.  He performed corrective surgery, noting that my face and neck were full of scarring, that Dr. Lincenberg did not address the issue of facial musculature that supports the skin, that the strip under my neck was mutilated noting that Dr. Lincenberg had cut the muscle and tacked it back together in a careless manner, and that Dr. Licenberg's work was not as good as it should have been.  I was in surgery for five hours, instead of the three it would have normally taken.  Dr. Cole removed as much scarring as he could and repaired as much of the damage Dr. Lincenberg caused.  I still have scarring on the right side of my head behind my ear, but Dr. Cole could not repair it without the risk of additional damage.  His work is excellent and my face and neck are amazing.  I can now swallow without difficulty and my hearing has improved 100%.
Dr. Lincenberg is not qualified in my opinion to do facelifts and I would warn people to avoid using him.  His customer service is non-existent and he does not care for his patients.  The only reason he was not sued by me is that Dr. Cole was hesitant to testify against another physician and requested that I move on and enjoy the new and wonderful results.

Dr. LIncenberg explained where he would inject the Botox and then performed the injections in two areas around the outside of my left eye. The level of discomfort ( fairly minimal) was just as he described.  I had no bruising or  bleeding, but did have a migraine headache after the injections.  ** to be expected. 

His nurse followed-up with me the next day to see how I was doing, which I appreciated and is not the norm in my experience.  I have since had the procedure done one additional time-about a year later.., when the Botox had worn off and my eyelid was dropping. 

I have since worked with Dr. Lincenberg on his Pink Ribbons luncheon, which he started over 10 years ago to benefit the Georgia Breast Cancer Coalition.  Not only is he an excellent clinician, but e truly cares about his patients.  I iknow several friends who have had cosmetic and reconstructive work performed by him.  His work is incredible and I can highly recommend him.
