Not good. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company for their services. We paid them to clean our carpets and for a move-in cleaning of our new townhome and upon further inspection following the cleaning the kitchen was filthy and floors were filthy (a thorough cleaning was not performed). Unfortunately we spent hours actually cleaning the kitchen and floors as we were moving in the following day. We had already paid them for their services and tipped them well. We reached out to them with our findings and they stated they wanted to make it right but then NEVER heard back from them after repeated attempts of reaching out to them. Completely unprofessional and we feel taken advantage of. We paid THEM for a service in the middle of an already stressful moving process and that service wasn’t provided. Again, I’ve reached out multiple times to them and have not heard from them since June 22nd. They obviously have no interest of rectifying the situation. Never have I had such an unprofessional experience with a company. Never. I have some attached pictures of our findings after their “cleaning”. Clumps of the previous owners dog hair in the drawers, cupboards, dirt, food, filth. Nothing was touched. Update- the company responded to my google review stating that they never heard from me but I have reached back out 5 times now since June 22nd (today is July 10th) and not a single reply. I was communicating to Jeff the owner too. They are being dishonest. I would not recommend this company as they did not do a sufficient job with cleaning and from a moral standpoint (they took our money and have no interest in fixing the problem {reimbursing us} AND no interest in communicating with us). Keep looking.

It went well.  They had a crew that was able to get a lot done in a short amount of time.

I don't fetnprodessional cleaners to do a superficial job. Some areas required scrubbing. Met resistance

It went ok...the kitchen cabinets still had spots and the light switches or window seals were cleaned. The gentleman who did the bathroom did a good job however the doors and knobs weren't wiped down. The house was empty so I would think those items would have been addressed. Very nice and professional people though

I used Lily's to shampoo the carpets in the house I bought a year ago. We have two dogs, who tend to track dirt into the house, and there were already some carpet stains when we first moved in. Lily's sent two people who showed up on time and were very courteous. They vacuumed first, then shampooed the carpets. All the work took about an hour, and then about three hours to dry 100%. The carpets look great, and even those old stains came out. I will use Lily's again. A note: I removed all the furniture I could from all the carpeted rooms before they arrived, then I had them work around the big furniture (desks, beds, etc). To moves these heavy items, I believe Lily's charges $5 per item.

They were extremely helpful to me in that they provided the service next day when I needed my house cleaned before company coming in town. I am very thankful for that.  They arrived on time and immediately began to work.  With a deep cleaning, I expect them to "deep clean" versus surface clean.  Although the things they were missing would be expected to get clean on any cleaning.  First, I was pleased that they were responsive to the things I pointed out while they were here and they went back to clean them.  The guy did not appear frustrated at all with what I was pointing out, so that put me at ease to provide feedback.  
The first thing I noticed is that the bathroom was half cleaned.  My 4 year had tooth paste on the cabinets and floor and I had to ask them to re-clean because they didn't work to get it off.  Initially they didn't wipe the cabinets.  There was dust that would come off with a simple wipe..... I had to ask them to redo it.  They didn't clean the fixtures well, the water stains that happen under the facet were ignored.  They put the rugs down on the wet floor after I asked several times that they wait until the floor dries.  
They did not move any of the easy stuff in the spare bedroom or my daughter's room.  Simple things like the rug or baskets to "deep clean" the area under them. 
When I finally went down to check on the kitchen that was complete, I moved my blender and was convinced that she did not move the small appliances to wipe the counter OR she didn't put any elbow grease behind her wiping.  I had to call her back downstairs to wipe the stove again because it was still dirty.  I washed my dishes in the dishwasher before they arrived.  I didn't think about them putting the dishes up while they were here.  OH my!  I looked for dishes when they left and she stuffed the dishes wherever she could fit them. Plastic with glass, everything was just mixed.  No order at all.  I had to take a picture because I honestly couldn't believe it.  She could have simply called me downstairs to ask for advice on where to put it all.  My spoons, knives, and forks.... thrown in the drawer.  They were not organized AT ALL.  Last straw that made me decide to write a review.  They cleaned my oven.  The dark brown liquid that comes out while it is cleaning has stained my tile grout because they did not wipe it all up.  It has run under the refrigerator at this point.  I am not sure why I paid for a deep cleaning because this was not a deep cleaning.  I was still cleaning when they left.  Wish I could be more positive, but half doing a job is not acceptable.
