LEAKSMART ROOFING

It all started about a year ago or more.  We had a roof leak and they came out and "fixed" it giving us a warranty.  We then had two or three or more leaks in "different" places which we had them "fix" and give us a warranty.  On more than one occasion we have had to have them come out and fix those that were under warranty.  Recently we had another one spring up on an already "fixed" spot.  We called repeatedly, had appointments schedule at least twice, and no one showed up.  We then call again and leave voicemails, with no return calls.  As of late, we'll call, they'll answer, and then hang up.  Very unprofessional!!  And can't seem to fix the leaks.

I am not happy with Bobby and would never use him again. I had to complain to the BBB before he returned 250 dollars of my money back. He was hired to do a full repair and he didn t even temporarily fix it as it never held up and the job was sloppy. He was not knowledgeable on roofing at all. I then found out that his business license was 40 years outdated.

Bobby Dennis contacted me on Saturday, August 26th. He said he was sorry that he wasn't able to repair the trailer roof and that probably the entire roof needs to be replaced. He said he would send me a money order in the amount of $200 and put it in the mail the next day. I received this money order on Tuesday, August 29th, 2006. I consider this matter resolved at this time. No more complaints will be filed against Leaksmart Roof Repairs.

AFTER THE NEXT STORM, I FOUND THE ROOF CONTINUED TO LEAK. I CALLED HIM THREE TIMES TO FULFILL HIS WARRANTY BUT HE NEVER BOTHERED TO SHOW UP. THE FOURTH TIME I CALLED, ABOUT TWO MONTHS AFTER THE ORIGINAL REPAIR, I TOLD HIM I WAS TIRED OF HIS EMPTY PROMISES AND HE SAID HE'D BE OUT WHEN HE ''FELT LIKE IT''. I TOLD HIM THAT WAS FINE BECAUSE HE'D BE SEEING ME IN COURT. I SUBSEQUENTLY FILED A SMALL CLAIMS SUIT AGAINST HIM.
