They did what they said they were going to do. I can't say they really explained what they did. I just know it was fine when I got home.

In addition to fixing the won't-run problem, he installed a new sparkplug, changed the oil, and sharpened the blade.

Very professional and good service. Picked up mower on time and delivered it back on time and stayed in contact with me as repairs were made.

It went quite well. After providing the make and model number of both lawnmowers, the provider came with all the tools and supplies required to complete the job. The van/truck is equipped primarily to work on large riding mowers. so my two push mowers were not a major issue.
Provider was professional on time and quite job at what he does.

Simple, quick and hours are very flexible for those who have to work to afford these kind of services-- beats buying new one's, but not cheap.

They were great. When we brought the lawn mower in, they said it was gonna take four weeks to fix it. He brought it in, changed the spark plug and brought it back out and said "You're ready to go."

The mower was cutting off so badly that I could not use it.
Also (marginally significant) drive wheels would drag if not in self-propel mode.
Tony works out of his residence. He told me up front what it would cost, including parts and labor for the tune-up.
He said it would be more if I wanted the self-propel feature fixed. He would check it and recommend.
He did the tune up (clean & adjust carburetor, replace plug, filter, and oil) but did not recommend self-propel work as long as it was driving. he recommended to simply disconnect it when it failed. He told me the cost to restore it, and I agreed it would not be worth it.\
When I got it home, it began to cut off again as it had. I just barely finished the yard. He said it was bad gas and I argued with him, and took it back. Later that day he said it was ready, and when I picked it up, I asked what more he had done with it. He said there was some dirt in the carburetor that he had missed the first time. I asked him if I owed him more, and he said "no."
After that it worked perfectly.
Regarding the gas, I asked Tony if I should empty the mower tank or use the gas he said was bad. He said it would be OK to use. However, I store my gas with gas-saver in cans on which I mark expiration dates. When I checked with the guy who mows for me had just opened a can with an expired date, so I emptied the mower tank and threw out the rest of the can, anyway.
