Had an appointment for a sleep study and was told to pay upfront since it wasn't covered by insurance. Was told the fee included the test and results. After going in for the results, I received a bill for almost $200 for my 5 minute meeting with the PA who told me I needed TJ go see another doctor. After multiple calls to speak to someone with no callback, they finally called after a few months when I sent a message to the doctor. I was told that the person in the office must have told me the wrong thing when I initially paid and that I would still have to pay for the results. No accountability on their end for providing wrong information to their patients.

The practice is run efficiently and on time. Care providers are attentive and professional.

Very efficient check in and check out and very little wait time. Dr. Delfavero and staff are thorough, efficient and supportive.

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER -- THEY ARE AFTER NOTHING BUT YOUR MONEY!!!!  I had an appointment that I had to cancel.  When they tried to charge me a "missed appointment fee," I told them that I had canceled the appointment.  Their three-word response was that "the charge stands," and then the awful woman in the billing department actually hung up on me when I told her that I had canceled the appointment!  My advice is to never, ever go near this provider -- they are after nothing but every dollar they can get!

I like everything about them.  I don't have to wait long and the doctors are punctual.  I've been going to them for about 12 years.

He is marvelous! He has a great bedside manner. He remembers personal things about your life and is a really good doctor. I have no issues with scheduling.

Dr. Shulman is an excellent physician, and his practice seems to be run very effectively.

Quick and easy. Dr. Bandukwala is very accessible. You can reach him by phone or email easily. He responds quickly to my questions and saves me an office visit for routine questions.

We would use them again.

The experience was my first ever in a doctor facility where could say that the time spent was a pleasure. The sign in procedure was fast and almost fun as you are handed an individual computer/ipad like device and follow prompts ....quick and easy. I was called back within 2 minutes of handing my computer back to the receptionist. The process with the nurse/assistant was quick and pleasant. The doctor came in the room with in 5 minutes or less. She was pleasant and thorough with questions and advice. I feel she understood my history and took care to ask questions to fill in the blanks. I would highly recommend and plan to schedule again for next year's physical. I was back in my car driving home within 45 minutes of my first arrival in their parking garage. That is beyond my expectations (which generally include a 30-60 minute waiting room wait before you even are shown a room).

Dr. Kleber was very attentive and helpful.  I would recommend him to my friends.

Best doctor group I have ever seen.

I like to make back to back appointments for myself and my husband so I can make sure he gets his yearly physical as well, and they are always willing to accomodate me. We had 1pm and 1:30pm appointments to see Dr. Maryanne Valdecanas. We have both been patients of Dr. Valdacanas for the past 10 years and love her! She is very knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner. We were checked in immediately when we arrived and taken back to exam rooms within 10 minutes. The nursing staff is also good and very friendly. All tests were performed in a timely manner, we were in and out in 35 minutes! Dr. Valdacanas listened to all our concerns and assured us that she would call within the next few days with the lab results. That's something I have always liked about her, she always calls herself to go over test results, she doesn't have her nurse call you.
If you have an urgent problem and need to see Dr. Valdacanas, she always finds a way to work you in. She's a good listener and isn't one to over prescribe medications. She tells it like it is which I find refreshing.
