Everything went well. Laura and Lisa arrived on time, were very professional, and were able to replace the broken part of the lock without having to completely replace everything, re-key the lock, etc. They worked efficiently and the lock was fixed quickly. Would definitely hire again and have recommended them to friends and family.

Laura order and reprogrammed a new key for my Prius.,  She did a fine job.  I had to wait a few weeks for the key but other than that the service was great.

In looking for a locksmith the other day, Laura's Locksmith jumped right out at me.  Knowing that her company is owned & operated by a woman, I knew I didn't have to call around to any other locksmiths.   Laura & her helper were out at our home within 30 min after I phoned her.  She tried to save us some money in looking to see if parts needed to be replaced, but so many parts were actually broken off inside the dead bolt, she replaced it with a new one & gave us the 4 keys we had asked for.  I think she's great & would definitely use her services again.

Stumbled upon Laura's Locksmith by chance because they were in the neighborhood and while we didn't urgently need service we were eager to get these locks changed.  We called our Laura's Locksmith Service and asked for the next available time they could come out.  They offered to come out almost right away and arrived within an hour.  The two employees listened to our requests and made some suggestions for our security.  They were knowledgeable and very accommodating.  The service was great and seemed like a good value.
