I am very impressed with Lamp Arts. The counter service was very friendly when I brought in my lamp. When I picked up the lamp, the salesperson suggested we try the switch. She grabbed a nearby lightbulb, screwed it in, and VOILA! Light! She encouraged me to look around at their very large selection of beautiful lighting. I will gladly visit this store again for future service, as well as future purchases.

I took my lamp to be repaired. They let me know how much it would cost before I left. They put a new metal ring in the base of the lamp that connects it to the body. They also replaced the electrical cord. It looks and works great now.

Great service and value. I was astounded that the repair was only $13.50. When I took the lamp in and got the estimate, the friendly clerk told me they would call me when it was ready, which would probably be the following week. I had a message the next day that the lamp was repaired and ready for pickup. When I went to pickup the lamp, I realized that I did not have my wallet and no way to pay for the repair. The cheerfully told me to just mail in a check...I am very impressed with this company!

I couldn't figure out how to remove the lamp socket on a lamp that was no longer working, so I did a search for lamp repair. I came across Lamp Arts, and since it's near my neighborhood, I drove to their location and asked whether they could help. It turned out that only the knob was stripped. It wasn't a problem with the socket, so they simply replaced the knob when I was prepared to replace the entire socket. It was free of charge. I realize it was a small gesture and small problem, but I appreciated the fact that they immediately assisted me when I came through the doors and treated me as if I were a long time customer or contractor.
