keystone did an absolutely horrible job on our home inspection.   six and a half hours is a bit much for a modest home with three bedrooms.   never received the overly marked up laboratory results for which we paid.   he missed almost a dozen glaring signs of a previous and on going rodent problem in the house ranging from chewed holes in the wood trim, previously patched holes with stainless steel in one area and wire mesh in another, empty bags of rodent poison in the attic, rodent droppings, chewed acorns in the attic, etc.   when contacted, he said it was likely the rodents entered the house with in the 9 days from when the home inspection was performed and when we moved in.   then he said it was dark outside when he was an hour and a half late for the inspection.   if he couldn't see what should have been observed, he should have come back the next day or soon there after.   the lousy inspection cost 1200 and we have literally spent thousands on getting the rodents out of the home.   save your money and use someone that will actually do their job and not hide behind a blanket template form of a report to "cover" himself.

He did fine.  They gave a fair inspection and he was on time. The price could have been a little better.
