House had been rented and the tenant was unaware of a slow leak behind the toilet. As a result of the leak, the water had been absorbed into the subfloor and mold had developed throughout the bathroom. I contacted Neil Ketner and he came out the same day with a commercial dehumdifier. He also delivered a debris trailer and my son and I proceeded to gut the bathroom (removing is much easier than installing). Ketner Contracting offered a reasonable price for the remodeling of the bathroom and also included replacement , sanding and staining of water damaged wood floors outside the bathroom. The work was quickly completed in a few weeks. I will definitely use Ketner Contracting again in the future.

Neil came to the house several times providing estimates, and showing available products. He inspected the work as it was going on and afterward. He was responsive to our needs and requests and his prices were fair. The work was excellent.
