+ 0 moreHouse had been rented and the tenant was unaware of a slow leak behind the toilet. As a result of the leak, the water had been absorbed into the subfloor and mold had developed throughout the bathroom. I contacted Neil Ketner and he came out the same day with a commercial dehumdifier. He also delivered a debris trailer and my son and I proceeded to gut the bathroom (removing is much easier than installing). Ketner Contracting offered a reasonable price for the remodeling of the bathroom and also included replacement , sanding and staining of water damaged wood floors outside the bathroom. The work was quickly completed in a few weeks. I will definitely use Ketner Contracting again in the future.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of a full bath.

Description of Work: Replaced a run of shingles which had come loose from the roof. Patched a shingle on the roof where the shingle was completely gone.
