It wend well, on time and just as expected.

Fence is falling over 2 years later and none of the gate latches work any more.  Would not recommend.

His last services costed me $150. He did a thorough job, he's on time and did a good job. I was happy with the service.

First of all, he was overwhelmed with the response to the offer and could not come to do any work until the offer had expired.  I had purchased two of the specials believing that I would get a great value, eight hours of work.  He told me to list everything that I needed done so that he would be prepared when he came for the appointment.  I asked him to replace a threshhold striip that I had purchased but found that he did not secure it properly at the kitchen, so within a few weeks, I could see outside light from the bottom of the door.  Secondly, I had an interior door that was already installed but need to be planed at the top and side so that it would fit properly.  He tried and then said that I needed to purchase a new door, that I had the wrong type.  Third, I had a folding door that needed to be resecured.  He put it up and it came loose again within a week.  The thing that he did properly was to install two curtain rods.  I was afraid to call him back because I felt that he did not know how to do the work.

Late arrival

We ordered a deal through Angie's List.  I spent several months scheduling and rescheduling with Kenny to come out and perform the tasks.  He never showed up and always made an excuse when I contacted him.  We did, eventually, get our money back from Angie's List.

The service of Kenny's Odd Jobs was good.  They did a great job. The staff had a lot of energy. They asked permission to have a break. Whenever they went for a break, they didn't take long. I have all good things to say about them.

Good! I'd use Kenny in the future.

Everything went great.  We would use this company again.

As I said above once we connected it went very smooth and he is a very nice man who knew what he was doing.

We set up several appointments with him and he never showed up to any of them. The most recent one was on 9/21, I even called him the night before to remind him but he still didn't show. He always had excuses for missing them so I just decided to get a refund.

Did the work quickly and professionally.  Cleaned up everything afterwards.  He was friendly and worked to finish the job rather than do the hours we agreed to - went over the time but didn't charge us.

I bought one of the specials from Angies list for Kenny's services.  He did an amazing amount of work in the time he was there.
1.  He took down my chandelier as he diagnosed it as having a short.
2.  He replaced 4 outside lights.
I would recommend Kenny for odd jobs needed done. 

He took a while to get it done and because it took so long he had less time to do the other jobs I was hoping he could do. He did do a good job with the ceiling fans and was punctual and nice. He was willing to work with me to get the work done after the expiration and he did offer another coupon at the same price.

The dry rot repairs were just repaired with putty and painted while wet causing the areas to be soft. not hard like wood. the front was painted and the sides and back were not touched. I was living  in Fl and got a call from him to ask if I would pay the paint store for the paint, tarp, rollers,brushes etc he had no money. He would not allow me to deduct the $200.00 coupon from the bill but after talking with him I was allowed to deduct $50. on this job and $50.00 on the move. He showed up with just himself and one other person to load 1 1/2 storage units into a uhaul 26 ft truck and started at noon and I returned the truck at 10.00pm and did a lot of the work myself. there was a lot of scratches and broken items when I got to the house with the furniture. I asked for the paint receipt over $200. and still don't have it. He promised to go by the paint store and get a copy still haven't heard anything.

Overall, it went well.  No mess, no surcharges, no extra work.

He was a very nice guy but didn't do a good job of keeping things clean. Many times I asked him and his helpers to use my utility sink yet they kept using my kitchen sink to clean brushes and such.  Two times he disappeared for 2wks and wouldn't return my phone calls.  I also had to pay someone $550 to fix what he did to the tile floor and had to have the ceiling molding redone as well as some of the painting.  I eventually had to tell him to stop.  Again, nice guy and he is good for small jobs and demolition but not for jobs that need a lot of finishing - no major work.

We liked him because he knew what he was doing, and he was on time.  Even though my overall experience was a B, I  found a different person that I will be using on a permanent basis.

He was good. I would use him again in the future.
