We have bought two homes and sold one home with Kelly Chancy and Michael Hermance. They are both tough negotiators, intensely knowledgeable, genuinely personable, consistently responsive, and incredibly focused on your specific home needs. I would not consider using anyone else; they prevented or resolved so many bumps in the road for us. Working with Michael, were able to tour a home (which became ours) two hours after it posted on MLS. Our recent sale attracted five offers in two days, largely because of Kelly’s counsel on how to prepare our home for showing. Both transactions required significant negotiation; they saved us thousands of dollars. I truly believe that they are the most competent, professional Real Estate team in Atlanta.

I worked with the group at Atlanta Select Properties on my first home purchase, I was so impressed and happy with the group, I have recommended them to numerous others including co-workers and friend who have in turn recommended them to others. Kelly's knowledge and experience was extremely helpful and very impressive to this new home buyer. I am a thorough person so therefore I had many questions about the home-buying process, home systems, home construction, and needed general recommendations for everything. Kelly was professional, experienced, intuitive, patient, very responsive, and even empathetic when this process was stressful. When we were together, she focused strictly on me and I never felt like she was 'too busy' with someone else, although I know she was juggling many other clients. She provided pretty much everything you could ask for, from helping us get our condo ready for sale, finding people to help us get things fixed up, to running us around to houses multiple weekends. Kelly was fantastic. From the first contact, she was professional, friendly, and just generally fun to work with. As a first-time buyer, she was very (very!) patient with my questions, worked with me from beginning to look through to the final sale. She got to know me well enough to know what I was looking for, and made suggestions based on that, and adjusted her recommendations based on what my responses were -- a very astute move, as what I wanted changed a bit while I was looking. Kelly had a thorough knowledge of multiple areas of town, was able to give me backgrounds on not only the places I was looking, but the general market, the resale value, the future marketability, and the neighborhoods. She was excellent at listening to my feedback, and gave very helpful advice in my search. I would use her again in a heartbeat, and recommend her to anyone who was looking.

We had an excellent experience working with Kelly for our recent home purchase. We had a lot of confidence in her knowledge of the different areas around Atlanta, the values of the homes, etc. Having recently been through a home purchase that went very, very bad --- I've come to appreciate all the things GOOD real estate agents do -- it is much more than just showing houses. She helped us research the value and re-sale potential of our house. She worked with us in our initial offer and subsequent negotiations and got us a better price than I expected. She helped us find an excellent mortgage company. A big plus is that Kelly has a good network of home improvement people that she can call on to help you figure out how much you will have to spend to change the property. She has bought and sold property, so she recommends people who have done work for her. I recommend her unconditionally.

I was a first-time home buyer and knew nothing, so I needed lots of help. Kelly was very knowledgeable about her business and the Atlanta real estate market. She gave me lots of guidance, but never pushed me in any way, and was always mindful of my tastes, desires and budget. She was very responsive, and unbelievably patient as she showed me a gazillion properties, some of them several times. She never wasted my time with unsuitable properties. She also has a great personality, with the perfect balance between warmth and friendliness on the one hand, and professionalism and assertiveness on the other. I will call her again when I'm ready to buy my next house.
