They did very well. They did a great job of guiding us through the project. The two realtors we used were Linda Kornegay and Lyn Hunter. It was a tough process, but they did a great job, and we appreciate the work they did for us.

I like everything about her. She did really good advertising. She used all forms of media: MLS, other real estate agents, paper documents, etc. She put it up everywhere she could. She is very professional and knowledgeable about all types of real estate in the area. She understands townhouses as well as homes. A lot of real estate agents don't really understand condos. She is easy to work with and responsive. She would always email or call back right away.

This office is known as Keller Williams Midtown. She sends me gifts for referrals, and she is wonderful. She is a great negator. She never offends anyone during negotiations but always gets what her clients want during the negotiations. She also knows the restaurants, demographics, entertainment for your areas. She can work with any type of person. She will work with your schedule and work weekends for you. She will work hard to get what you want and will make sure you are happy with your final purchase. She wants to make sure you are not settling for something you are not happy with.
