Kenny oversees the project and has a great crew working for him. Everyone was extremely professional and nice to work with. Kenny always came in throughout the project and again at the end of each day. He makes sure everything is done just right. The finished work looks fantastic. His prices were in line with other plumbers we got quotes from. They worked hard and fast. We were extremely surprised that they could take care of so much so quickly. They were here a total of five days to do all of that work. Some of the rerouting was tricky, but Kenny and his crew worked well together to make it all happen. I asked around for plumber recommendations for a few months before hiring them. I found them through the reviews on Angie's List. I am so glad I did. I would not hesitate hiring them again. I have found my plumbers.

I called Kenny to let him know the pump was not working and they were right out to check it out and found that lightening had struck the electrical connection that went to the pump.  He had been there less then two years before to replace the pump, so I was very familiar with the company. The insurance company was very slow but he was very patient and we finally got it completed. The insurance company came through with most of the money and I just had to pay a small amount. I really appreciate dealing with this company since they are reliable, friendly and trustworthy.

Mr. Harris was called to resolve a plumbing problem after three well known companies were called and they could resolve the issue. Mr. Harris was very professional and prompt. He found the object and my system has ran perfect ever since. Mr. Harris is the only plumber I trust. His quality of work and fair prices will make you a customer for life.

Although the work seemed straight forward in the replacing of the spray hose, when reinstalling the 8 yer old Pegasus faucet something internal in the faucet started leaking. Pegasus replaced the faucet with a much lower quality Home Depot / Glacier Bay that had manufacturing issues and could not be installed (the mounting nut would skip the thread!)

I bought another higher quality faucet by Delta and Mr. Harris installed it and replaced the hot and cold supply valves.

Mr Harris dis the first job and after the leak stood by his work trying to replace the faulty one with the Glacier Bay. He even went himself to Home Depot to try to solve the issue (of course Home Depot didn't solve claiming a "milling" problem.

 He spent most of the day with these issues, cancelling other appointments.

He came the next morning to install te new Delta and the new valves successfully.

He calls in advance or when he's on his way if there are any delays.

I fully recommend him.

I called this provider from among Angie's list A rated plumbers  on Saturday morning. He arrived at the time he suggested for the job, 1 PM.
He perform the work in a very clean, fast and professional way.

It went very good, I had a hood experience with him. He's prompt, he did the job what he promised to do and I was satisfied with them. He was prudent and I appreciate his work. He did a good work. They did a very good work and I like it.

First toilet has air bubbles.He said that there was a blockage in the line and he would have to dig up the front yard to find it. So I asked about permits and he said he doesn't do that, because it's too much trouble, but if the customer insists, he would. The second toilet had a bucket under the tank, but he didn't see a leak there. He rocked the seat enough that it had water all around. He said that the toilet needed to be rehauled or replace. The third toilet had a slow flush and problem with the chain. He told me that the vents were corroded and the toilet needed to be replaced. The faucets were in the master bathroom and the back side of the wall was in the master bedroom. He said that he would have to cut a hole in the master bedroom wall to replace the faucets. The kitchen was next. Nothing to replace there, just explaination of what the job would entail. The estimate was for a little over $1800.
Here is the thing, he never check the water pressure. He never check the hot water. If he would have taken a closer look at the leaking tank, he would have seen it. I did. If he would have check the chain in the tank and the water pressure, the third toilet didn't have to be replace. And all he had to do was take a few screws out of the faucets and some elbow grease, No cut out in the master bedroom would have to be done.
Obviously I didn't hire him.

It went great! We passed the inspection.

On the 15th I called the office to tell them I needed someone to see what they could do for me.  They fit me in that day and told me the price and told me they could put it in the next day. They started after lunch and had it in by 6 oclock.
They were friendly, efficient, and prompt.  I would hire them again in an instant.  Kenneth and Mike worked to have it in for my tenant by the end of the day.
On the evening of  Friday night at 9:00PM August 24 my tenant informed me that the pump stopped working, I called the company and left a message the call was returned in  15 min.  They told me they had just finished a job and was heading that way. They called me back when they got there and that  it had clogged and they would finish repairs on Saturday morning.
