Great job. Judy mentioned that she has customers that come to her from the airport and it's obvious why that is the case. She is really meticulous and and does a really nice job. she fixed about 10 pairs of pants, including jeans, casual and dress pants. Couple items needed additional alterations and she accomodated me there as well. going back definitely.

I was given an Italian suit from a friend (a much taller, slimmer friend) who no longer wore it. I told her that I liked my jackets to have a more fitted, European look, and she knew exactly what that meant, fitted closely in back and nipped in at the waist. The pants had to be let out 1.5 inches, and I was concerned, then, that the seat wouldn't fit me properly. Everything was correct, except for the pant length. She marked them again, hemmed and cuffed them, and had them ready the next day.

The button was fine. The coat was not done properly when I went to pick it up one week later. This was a very expensive cashmere coat which needed shortening. When I picked it up, I saw that the hem hung unevenly and bulged out irregularly. She said to leave it with her and she'd fix it. I picked it up the next day and the work was satisfactory. I would not take a very expensive piece back, but I would take regular repairs or alterations again. The service was okay and the people were friendly and cooperative.

Judy helped me herself. She was delightful as she helped me with the alteration needs on several pairs of slacks. She is very engaging and professional. I asked her advice on length and fit, and she was very knowledgeable of how everything should look based upon a business look. The pricing was very good, and the work was done on time.
