Horrible. Our contract said he would get a permit. After I learned he had not, I made him get one and was cussed out for insisting on it. After getting the permit he had to have the electricians pull out all the wiring because what they had installed would not pass the city's inspection. Then the cabinets were installed. Although he had a cabinet man he did most of the work himself ( I presumed to save money after the extra expense he had for the electricians). Multiple things had to be redone and usually he would initially refuse and work would have to be stopped, To list everything would take several pages but the biggest problem was he did not put one of the upper cabinets in a stud. It fell on me knocking me down and breaking my neck. He's a very charming con man but don't be fooled.
