Thank you so much for the excellent job you and your team did in sanding, fixing, and painting our windows and doors It is certainly was not an easy task to come behind someone else and fix their mistakes. Yet having to deal with the color “BLACK”, and related trim colors, vinyl windows, etc. It looks a million times better. We are thrilled with it. Your teams workmanship and your customer service is superb. I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who is looking to painting their home. We hired JPro because they did an excellent job on the exterior painting of my parent's house. We were not disappointed. JPro did an equally excellent job on our project. We didn't know what to expect from this company, but the reviews were good and the estimate was the best out of three contractors. Jean Paul was on time to do the walk through and his crew showed up the day and time promised, which was a plus for us. He was available to answer our questions. His crew worked VERY hard and the finished product was excellent. They cleaned up very well after themselves each day. I will definitely hire him for future projects.

We love the job they did! They did excellent prep work and reglazed our old 1920's windows on the lower level. They were very careful while painting, worked very diligently, and Jean Paul visited the site each day to meet with the crew/ review the project. They addressed all of our concerns and it looks amazing! We will definitely hire them again next time we need painting.

Jean Paul and his team were magnificent! I had four different companies to our house to submit proposals and all of the estimates were around the same prices. So, what made Jean Paul stand out? It was his knowledge of the prep work, paint qualities and industry experience that gained my trust. From the first day to the last day Jean Paul and his team were punctual, clean, efficient and extremely friendly. The end result was better than anticipated because they took detail and time to execute their prep work accurately. It is astonishing how straight and clean their paint lines turned out. I love the colors recommended by Jean Paul. I think they did a great job and were professional. They came back the next day to finish some details and they told us that if we find any defect or something and we want to retouch they will come back . I appreciate that Jean Paul spent time paying attention to little details , not many companies do that. I will recommend this company to my coworkers and family. Another plus is that they are bilingual . I love my place now, beautiful walls.

Jean Paul and his entire crew are professional, polite, trustworthy, and respectful. They work at an efficient pace and will ensure complete customer satisfaction. We have used them for both a high-end home (interior, exterior, front door repair, pressure washing walls and roof) and for a 2/1 rental home (wall repair and repaint). Jean Paul knows the proper paints and materials to use on wall, roof, tile, and door. We would recommend and rehire without hesitation. Prices are fair and provide good value.

It went rapidly. The crew of three finished the job in five working days. At first it appeared to be a fine job. They changed the stain color on the front door without consultation, but I let that go. There was one obvious omission, and Jean Paul returned quickly to fix that. It is now a year later. The stain and color are peeling on our front door. There is paint peeling on the front of one of our porches. It seems there was little or no prep, which explains why the work went so rapidly. I had the wood surfaces pressure washed before they arrived, but apparently they never inspected any of the surfaces (including the front door) before slapping on the paint.

JPro Painting pressure washed and re-stained my fence and some other outdoor structures. They did a great job. Everything looks fantastic. I had a short time line of when I needed the work done and they were able to accommodate that. In fact, they even called and asked if they could come two days earlier than promised. They also painted the outside of my house a few years ago and that work was (and is) fantastic as well. I have gotten a lot of compliments.

Jean Paul and his crew did a great job. They power washed, fixed a few spots in the stucco and painted. He was punctual and let me know on rain delayed days. He also did a walk around so we could check for any spots that needed a touch up. I have referred him to a couple neighbors as well.

I would highly recommend JPRO Painting. Absolutely first class service from beginning to end. Their work is quality, they take no short cuts, use quality products and just do the job right. They provided a quote that thoroughly detailed everything included in the job and followed through. There were no surprises. Jean Paul, the owner, was very responsive and professional throughout the process and the painters put in the hours every work day until the job was done.

JPRO Painting did an EXCELLENT job! They arrived on time (which is very important to me) and completed the job in a timely manner. The prep work was outstanding, as they spent several hours scraping/sanding/priming. All painting was done by hand (no spraying), which is something you don't see much of these days. Clean-up was excellent as well. I will definitely recommend JPRO Painters, and will be contacting them for any of my future painting needs. JOB WELL DONE!!!

Jean Paul arrived on time for the quote and once approved he scheduled the work within a few days. We are very happy with the results and the professionalism. It was a great experience.

We bought a house with a seller's promise to touch-up and fix damaged walls. The seller's contractor actually made things worse! So suddenly, we had a rush painting job to try to fix and repaint seven rooms in the week before we moved in! Jean Paul at JPRO was able to work perfectly with our tight time frame. His communications, from the quote to the scheduling, were perfectly clear. I often feel I'm pulling teeth with contractors to know the details of how and when, but with this project I was both informed and at ease. The quality of work was fantastic. The JPRO crew went above and beyond my expectations for fixing the walls. I had identified a couple damaged areas during our initial walk-through that I expected to be corrected. JPRO ended up patching and sanding like 25% of the walls. I asked Jean Paul about all the extra work and he replied, "If the wall doesn't look good, the paint doesn't look good". The crew also went well beyond my "walls only" request - they fixed bad prior paint work on ceilings, trim, door-frames, etc. No extra charge for any of this; they just considered it part of doing a good job. As for the actual paint on the wall? My wife and I had picked a lots of dark, rich colors. Colors that need multiple coats to look right. Our walls looked perfect. We only had JPRO paint the rooms that needed help. Some of the rooms seemed just fine. After a day with our newly painted rooms, my wife says, "We need to get those painters back out here - the other rooms now look terrible!" After the great experience I had the first time, I quickly contacted Jean Paul for a second job!

JPRO’s crew did a great job and was professional to work with. They completed our project on time, on budget and addressed any concerns that we had during the process. They spent a lot of time making sure the house was prepped properly for painting and cleaned up well after each day. Ivan was the lead on site and made sure we were happy with the results. He did a great job managing our project and we would hire JPRO again!

A truly professional group. John Paul was very easy to work with and his crew, headed by Enrique, did a fine job. Everyone was always pleasant and their easy camaraderie made the work go quickly. Excellent work and clean-up. I will definitely hire them again!
