Joie Hain

Joie helped my husband and I set up our home loan across the East Coast from MA to GA.  She was so incredibly nice and helpful every step of the way.  She worked on our schedule and understood the difficulties of doing things by phone or when my husband and I where in 2 different parts of the country.  The house we were looking at took an extra 2 months to buy because the previous owner failed to get any permits for the serious amount of work she put into the house when she flipped it (she got it as a foreclosure).  Joie worked it through with us and has called us periodically to make sure the transition was okay.  I'd do business with her again in a heartbeat.

Joie Hain made the whole process so painless.  Getting a mortgage can be really complicated.  She has been fantastic in getting all the papers in.  She is very up to date with it.  She has also been very optimistic, positive, supportive and caring.  I will use her in the future.
