They have always been good. I had a maintenance package, and they have always handled things. Punctuality you just drive up, call ahead of time, Tuesday or Wednesday is the best, and you just drive up, and they service your car. Unless you have any problem with your car, and I haven't had any problems. I had a puncture tire, a nail or something, they took care of it, and replaced the tire. Other than that, normal maintenance. It depends on how many customers they have or back up, usually it takes one to two hours. More than that, they take you home, and then deliver the car. The workers very polite and professional.

I used Tidwell to perform routine maintenance on my truck that I had also purchased from them. This service was performed properly with no issues in a reasonable timeframe. They called me about 2 hours after I had originally dropped it off, which was the time they had quoted me.
I had a positive purchase experience, though they did make a few promises that ultimately they weren't able to keep regarding the timetable for the delivery of my new vehicle. That said, they did make it up to me in the course of the sale in a variety of formats, including additional discounts, accessories and an extended warranty.

These folks were well intentioned but did not have the tools or parts knowledge required to do the quoted reparis in the time frame promised. After brrowing and buying the required tools and parts they finally repaired my car after three weeks in the shop. The service writer kept me updated. The service manager got envloved after the crisis point was reached but was of little or no value as far as I can tell.
The original quote was for approximately 2600. The final cost, according to the serive writer was 3200 but they and quot;gave me a discountand quot; to keep the price as quoted....2600. How nice.

They were very willing to give us test drives on various models and the sales staff was very knowledgable about their product. They were very helpful, but I never felt any pressure at all.
We spent several days shopping various dealers for pricing and their prices were very competitive. They posted the discount for the specific cars on their web site, and were willing to work with us using that as a starting point. They even made us aware of an additional $750 rebate we didn't know about because we already own another Ford.
While prices at the various dealers was very close, the service and respect we received was very different. Jim Tidwell's staff treated us with respect and were very courteous. They went out of their way to make sure we understood everything very clearly, didn't play any games and made buying a new car about as painless as it can be. We got very good financing and were in and out pretty quickly. By comparison, we also shopped at another Ford dealership and just walked out after they started playing all kinds of games with the pricing.
At Jim Tidwell Ford, we dealt with Richard Lofton, as our salesman, and I highly recommend both him as a salesman and the dealership in general.

After pretty thorough Internet research, I had found the car that I wanted. We started with Tidwell since they had it about exactly right. The salesman was polite, not pushy at all, professional and courteous. Since it was the first car we'd looked at we told him we needed to do more shopping. He gave us his card and said call him if we were interested. After a bad experience at another place (they put a contract to buy in front of me and said sign please! We left instead). We called Tidwell Ford back, arranged to meet at 7:00, but got there early. Our salesman came to meet us, and we went through the financing, etc., very quickly. They even gave me more than my trade-in was worth and told us to call if we had any more questions. We are very satisfied.

I found the service to be very good at this car dealership. I have been pleased with my purchase. I found them to be helpful and knowledgeable about the particular car I purchased from them. I wish not to discuss what I paid for my car but I will divulge that I felt generally satisfied with my purchase. I would not hesitate to use this dealership in the future because they were good to me with this purchase.
