"We usually don't collect unless the client is happy. or we make an attempt to do so. Sometimes that's impossible but we do our best. It was explained that shavings are always left unless contracted to haul away. They settle with time back in the whole. Stump was in middle of driveway. Stumps are not included in price unless noted. That is the only reason one was not done. As far as the log it was taken care of. The truck was full. Had to come back. There was not any yelling. It might have been taken that way if we feel that someone could be put in harms way while we are working. Its a loud and dangerous business and best not have chil"
"We mentioned to Ms. Heather we needed driveway and neighbors for access. She agreed. We went out several times to evaluate the fence. Part of the tree did hit neighbors fence because tree was completely dead and under tree When lowering pieces they can break since the pieces are dead. It was a very tight area. The trees was over 2 feet across it was also growing into the fence. There part of the damage was from that pushing it over. We fixed the fence and neighbors were happy. We still have not been paid for the job and was promised to already to paid. Now I am told that it may be in another 5 days. We have been done with this job for awile."
