It was raining so he had to make multiple trips. Would never call, would show up and expect paint to be there when he hadn't called and said he was coming. He said he painted his repairs but it was terrible messy work. The ceiling repairs are rough and have to be redone. Didn't repair shower leak around seal but charged me. Roof continues to leak. Overall sarcastic and nasty person
