The last thing you want to find late on a Sunday evening is a basement full of water and rising. I wanted someone local and with 24 hour service to fix asap because we store a lot of valuable items down there which we would spend 1000s to replace. Further, the backup was white water from showers and laundry but I did not want to see if things got any worse. 
Jeff, the on-call technician, was prompt, professional and informative as he took 1.5hrs  to find a very large obstruction near the street, clear it and get the water out of the basement.

They came out promptly, fixed the problem quickly, and even cleaned up better than I expected for a plumber!  Would recommend again!  Very professional and neat.  The price was a bit higher than I expected but I should expect that for an emergency call.

With good cheer, they triumphed over Dekalb County, which had paltry records and no clue where my line connected with the main line. The county gave them inacurate information. Ayers crew persevered, finally climbing down the manhole with a camera and determining that the county records, if you can call then that, where 25' off the mark. They did not charge for the additional digging, albeit they spent an extra day -- and 13 phone calls to the county.
The crew was considerate, professional, and kind to my rambunctuous dog. They went the extra mile in cleaning up, taking the initiative and doing far more than I asked. I would most certainly recommend them. In fact, two friends have already used them for minor plumbing problems because I was so positive about the company.
