I am dissatisfied with them altogether. They are not trustworthy at all. I called them to do the flapper and when they got here, they wanted me to buy an 800 dollar toilet that I did not need. There were two guys that came and one just stood there and I had to pay 105 dollars for his time. The other man worked and I had to pay 55 dollars for his time. I gave them a check and asked them to go and I will never use them ever again.

HE IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS.
