They have consistently performed this service, effectively and on time. Their price is very reasonable. We have been pleased with their service and would recommend them to others for general lawn maintenance.

The same crew has been cutting my yard for six months and they do a good job.

They do a really good job. He comes out every 10 days. If they do my bushes, they charge $20 extra. They are reliable, they show up on time and they do not charge extra for this and that. They give all around good service. They do exactly what they are supposed to do and do not cause any problems. I will continue to use them.

I finally hired a lawn service when my husband and I could no longer handle the massive leaf fall.  I figured they would service their year round customers first so we agreed to use them year round.  At first I really did not think it was necessary in the summer.  We have a very small area of grass and I had been cutting it without too much trouble - when I got around to it.  I was surprised by how much I liked having them take things over.  It doesn't matter if I am busy.  The grass gets cut.  And edged.  And the driveway, walkway and porch is blown off.  They come twice a month and our place always looks nice.  In the fall, they were out every week for six weeks and in short order accomplished what it used to take my husband I most of the day to do.  In September they aerated and overseeded the lawn.  They apply turf treatments periodically throughout the year.  I have slaved over this lawn for years and it never looked this good.  I have to admit, after the initial set up for service, I have had minimal contact with them.  I don't need to.  They show up and they do what we initially agreed on.  It is like having the yard on auto pilot.  I have dogs and outdoor bird feeders and was adamant about no pesticides.  They agreed to omit them and I get a note on the mailbox each time they treat that shows what they put down and with the notation of "no pesticides". 

We had been on the hunt for a good lawn service company that was
reasonably priced for a month when we found Island Lawn Care. They were
quick to return our phone call, they came out and gave us a tailored lawn care
plan that was within our budget and were very easy to work with. Our lawn looks
great! They also go the extra mile to ensure your lawn looks great and stays
healthy which is a definite plus.

I appreciate the fact that they maintain a schedule so that I know when they are coming out which is usually Wednesday am, unless there is rain. The crew is very well supervised and knows what theyre doing. The lawn looks better than it ever has.

Rep took my address and told me that I lived outside of their ''area''. My house is in Morningside.

They were responsive, and got back to us with an estimate very fast. The work was performed in time and looks fantastic. Their prices were also far more reasonable than other services we have used. Highly recommended.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT, PROMPT, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND STUCK TO IT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

WE GOT SEVERAL ESTIMATES FOR SEEDING OUR FRONT LAWN. 2 COMPANIES TOLD US THAT PLAIN SEED WOULD NOT GROW AND WANTED TO CHARGE US FOR SOD (SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS). ISLAND SAW NO DIFFICULTY PLANTING SEED, DID SO FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE, AND NOW WE HAVE A LUSH FRONT YARD. THEY ALSO DO OUR BASIC MAINTENANCE AND HAVE BEEN VERY DEPENDABLE.

THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. THEIR WORK IS PRETTY CONSISTENT.

RELIABLE THEY DO THE JOB WELL.
