The advice and recommendations were excellent. Very happy with appearance and function of the product. There has been several returns and repairs to three of the shades to get these operating. It happens to be the shades for the larger of the windows. Representative has been very willing to return the shades and make them right. Has not charged the final bill until all shades are installed and working properly.
