 + -1 moreThe advice and recommendations were excellent. Very happy with appearance and function of the product. There has been several returns and repairs to three of the shades to get these operating. It happens to be the shades for the larger of the windows. Representative has been very willing to return the shades and make them right. Has not charged the final bill until all shades are installed and working properly.
Description of Work: Representative for Hunter Douglass. Came out before closing and measured and discussed options. Ordered for all windows in a new three bedroom condo. Eleven shades total in a variety of fabrics and styles were chosen. Returned after closing to install. This representative has been traveling a great deal and made every effort to work into our schedules.
