Mold/Indoor Air Quality Testing Service includes: Air sampling and analysis for 2 air samples (1 indoor and 1 outdoor (outdoor is used as a comparison) inspection of building, recommendations for the types of samples to take and areas within a building to perform sampling, lab analysis, a written report which interprets the lab findings compared to guidelines, written guidance for how to safely remove allergens and toxins and to prevent the future buildup of allergens and toxins in the indoor air, and unlimited telephone support to discuss the findings and guidance in your reports. Indoor Air Quality Services specialize in environmental testing and reporting to address concerns associated with mold, odors, bacteria, VOC's and a number of other allergens and toxins that build up in the air and on surfaces within homes, offices, and other structures.

They were fabulous. The gentleman who did the inspection was like an encyclopedia; he gave me a lot of tips and information. He knows that I flip houses and he gave me suggestions and was really great to work with. The lady at the office was very accommodating as well and followed up without being pushy so it was a good experience.

From the initial phone call to receiving the written analysis, Indoor Air Quality Services was prompt, professional and informative. Michael was very knowledgeable and was very detailed in describing the process. He was very cordial and personable as well. The person who handles his scheduling, Tayler, was very pleasant and professional. It was her approach that made me feel comfortable setting the appointment. Michael was so caring, professional and comforting. When I call him with a problem that I thought I had no control over, he took the time to talk to me and made me understand that help was close before i even booked him for the job. And let me be honset i called him more than once with a question and he answered. Michael and his company were very professional. He made the process simple, explained what and why samples needed to be taken. For me, the most impressive part was the care and concern that he showed towards me as a human being whose health was severely affected by toxic mold.
