He stayed in touch every step of the way coupled with education on the overall business of epoxy garage flooring. Incredible Garage Floors was my 2nd estimate and I was sold with his negotiation to do some minor sheetrock work for a spectatcular finish. While I am very satisfied with the end result the process was very frustrating. I had to contact the vendor constantly to get a status for start date updated quotes. Granted we were in the middle of a pandemic but lack of communication is the only reason I decided a 3 rating was warranted. I recommended them to my neighbor for resurfacing their driveway and they are having the same issue with communication.
