Roof shingles, ridge vent and flashing was replaced with what appears to be a good quality roof replacement. Many upgrades were installed with no additional out-of-pocket expenses. Grade "C" on exterior cleanup after repairs. We have found many roofing nails in yard and on driveway since replacement of roof. One area of concern was taken care of after many phone calls. Interior repairs were another matter. Broken lamps, dripping paint that dripped on carpet and ceramic tile floors, paint pulled from walls when masking tape was removed, etc...... Paint overspray was unbelievable and EVERYWHERE! After many calls, paint crew came back out with mops, rags and cleaner to clean house. House was cleaned with minimally acceptable results. We ended up cleaning the house properly. Paint that was pulled from walls and broken lamp has yet to be repaired or replaced.
