Talk about scary times…I did not have a clue how to go about getting immediate medical insurance coverage for my family. The agency is easy to contact. They provide me with useful background on insurors that do business in my area. Some information is public, such as comprehensiveness of coverage, but they save me the time of sorting through innumerable data points. Then there's the information that's harder to evaluate on your own as a consumer: reliability and promptness of pay-outs. They give me the information to make a more informed choice, without spending days on online research. I recommend them highly.

Jimmy Needles was knowledgeable, personable and able to provide the information I needed in a short phone call. He was able to answer all my questions and provide excellent recommendations. He does not work on commission but, rather, earns a salary -- something important to know because he has no vested interest in making a sale -- whatever policy he sells.

Jesse and his team immediately took my call when I reached out to them while on my lunch break one afternoon. I had originally considered purchasing COBRA insurance to cover my family while I was waiting for coverage to begin with a new employer After reviewing the cost of the COBRA insurance I decided to seek out some other option. With a family a six I could not afford to go uninsured for any length of time. I found iHealthBrokers on Angie's list and they seemed to have the most reviews with all of them being very positive. When I called a very polite and professional women answered the phone and got some basic information from me. She explained that they were experiencing a very busy day and may not have a broker who could immediately assist me. After a brief hold she put me on the phone with Jesse the owner of the company. In a matter of about 10 minutes Jesse was able to get me signed up for some short term health insurance coverage and I even had insurance cards emailed by the next morning with hard copies arriving about a week later. The coverage was about a 1/3 of the cost of the COBRA insurance and was exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend Jesse and his team to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
