.Mr. Hope's company responded promptly to telephone contact. Arrival was on the date a time agreed. Hope Electric Enterprise provided an estimate for the services. He provided and installed a large water heater adhering to the proposed cost. He was punctual, professional. The service was provided in a timely manner The work area was left tidy. I would consider using his services in the future. His service received an A rating.

Worked with Benjamin of Hope Electric several times now. He responds quickly when contacted, provides clear (and fair) estimates for services and schedules work quickly. Benjamin shows up on-time, as scheduled and works until the job is complete to my satisfaction. He is respectful, polite and courteous with all household members. I plan to use Benjamin again soon to complete my next project: landscape lighting!
