The service was good. Several people came out in a period of a month of so. I would say the work was good. They explained everything in detailed. The only issue was it took them a very long time to complete everything.

Locksmith Service
These are keys made for my rental property and every time I had keys made there they were wrongly made though they eventually get it right. Price wise they are fair. As for responsiveness they try to fix it but they don’t quite get it right. I would not use them in the future.

Door Service
There was a several week delay before our doors came in and then we learned that there had been a mistake in the order, but no one had let us know. When they installed the door, they crushed our alarm. Sometimes it seems as if they don't really care about pleasing their customers. I think they have problems there. I will still purchase things from them for my home, but I would never order anything that has to be installed by them in my home.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT RESULTS. THE COST SEEMS HIGH, BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH IT.
