Very Good! Over the summer we purchased fans from them and we are very happy! I purchased plants from them, too. They give you advise on how to care for the plants and they will replace them within reason, up to a year with a receipt if anything goes wrong.

They use Delta Mechanical to do the installation. Home depot was good. Delta Mechanical put in the gas water heater, and we had a gas leak, which we had to repair later. Home Depot were very good. They even offered the less expensive one, or one of the same price with a discount coupon, if we went with a different brand. Their price is comparable.

We just purchased a house near this Home Depot and it has been an invaluable place for getting all the materials for all the renovations we've done. Very pleased with the service, selection, and price.

The work was sub-contracted out and it worked out fine for us. We were in a desperate situation and didn't have the time to search and compare. Our water heater was leaking and we were flooded from the storms. They actually came out and installed it on a Sunday.

They measured the carpet wrong. We had hired our own installer and when we called Home Depot the manager actually called us liars. We couldn t get anyone to come back and re-measure. We finally convinced the salesman to come back around and correct the mistake. It took 2 months to get the issue resolved.

We chose a beautiful carpet from a large selection of carpet at Home Depot and had it installed. They did the job in only one day. We love the richness. It looks like one continues flow of softness and color underfoot. Home Depot did a terrific job.

The actual work performed by the outside company was very high quality. We had a difficult time communicating with Home Depot and getting the right supplies ordered. It took several weeks to get it right. The HD staff was helpful, but struggled to coordinate efforts with the national office. When everything finally got settled, their contracted company did a great job of scheduling with us and Juan was very professional and did a high quality job of installing the bathroom tile.

I HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH GETTING A PRICE. EVERY TIME I CALLED ABOUT THE PRICE, I WOULD BE GIVEN A DIFFERENT PRICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WOULD ADD IN DIFFERENT OPTIONS, AND THEY WERE NOT EXPLAINING IT WELL. THE SUBCONTRACTOR DID FINE WORK.

THE TWO SPECIALISTS WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, ON TIME, THOROUGH, AND HAD MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THEIR FIELD. THEY WORKED FAST WITHOUT USING SHORT CUTS.

A MAJOR PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN JUST TWO DAYS. ONE FOREMAN DIRECTED FROM 5 TO 7 WORKMEN AT ALL TIMES. THEY LEFT THE JOB SITE SPOTLESS.

THEY WERE FINE, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT. THEY BROUGHT SOMEBODY OUT WHO KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, WERE PROMPT, BROUGHT THEIR OWN TOOLS, DID NOT REQUIRE ME TO BE THERE. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
