It was really difficult to work with them when I wasn’t happy about the results, and they ended up just turning me over to a claims company. I would really hesitate to use them again. After they moved my dishwasher around, it wouldn’t work anymore and they said it wasn’t their problem. I also don’t like that you have to prepay the project!

Window Service
They did a fantastic job. We purchased the windows from them and they installed them. We are very pleased with them and their workmanship. They were professional and answered all our questions. They were also as neat as can be. The Palladium window had some wood rot on the bottom of the window and they went out and bought some treated wood to put across the window and it looks great. We have not had any trouble at all. We had to cancel once because of the weather but he said they would of canceled any way because they don't like to work in bad weather and track dirt through the house. They put things on the floor to protect the hardwood floor. Everything was cut outside so they wouldn't mess up the house. It was a very good price and they gave us two years interest free. We took advantage of that. They also made sure all our blinds fit the windows. They just did a great job in every way. Whoever put in the order, some how at the factor they got the windows wrong. And they put in the ones they got and then they came back in and changed them just like that with no problem. And we were allowed to keep the ones that were wrong. We are going to have them do the back windows in the future.

THEY WERE FAIRLY SLOW AND THEY LAID A PIECE OF IT WRONG AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND REDO IT, AND THEY DIDN'T SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. I COULDN'T COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.
