Have used Holder several times and they have always been very professional.  The repair shop doesnt look like much but the mechanics working there really are very knowledgeable. My only gripe is price, they seem to be charging close to what the Ford dealer would charge.  I would still pick this place over the dealership but I wish their pricing was more inline with an indy shop.  I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend them, but iron out cost and lead time 1st
