Great quality. Pressure washed outside before painting. Inside was meticulous. We have an area with 20 foot ceiling that was done.

Madelyn came out on a Thursday afternoon and cleaned and washed the surfaces to be painted. Came back on Friday and applied several coats until she was happy with the results. Couldn't be better

The experience we have had with Highland Park Painting and the crew they sent to our residence has been the most stressful experience I have ever had with any type of contractor. Issues we had with this job are: 1. Foreman was practically never on the job, so crew had no supervision or direction. 2. Workers were about to use wood as trim replacement. When I told them supposed to be PVC, they seemed shocked. 3. We specifically asked if our windows were going to be cleaned better after first day of a 2.5 hour pressure wash. We were told they would be hand cleaned. The day they started to paint windows, we noticed workers were painting OVER the dirt. on the windows. 4. Windows were not properly covered before they sprayed the siding. Practically every window on our house has overspray from the siding paint. Our siding color is a tan color so now our windows all look dirty. Several painters we have had out to the house since have stated that is might be impossible to remove the paint. 5. Crew was painting the wrong color on parts of the exterior. 6. There are many more issues we have had, but the BIGGEST issue of all has to do with damage done to our NEW roof. We told the painters repeatedly to make sure they were careful as the roof was brand new. Unfortunately, we now have VERY notiiceable WHITE paint on our new shingles. The painters also damaged several of the shingles where they placed their ladder on our roof. The owner of Highland Park Painting believes that the usual and customary remediation for the paint on our shingles is to paint over the shingles with a color that matches our shingle color. We firmly disagree with the course of action. Our shingles were in NEW condition when they started this job with NO paint on them and we expect our shingles to be put back in that condition. New with NO paint. At this point, based on a recent letter from Highland Park Painting, they only wish to pursue putting paint on my shingles. We very much need this matter resolved and our damaged shingles to be replaced. This is our home and it a large investment and expect for it to be treated as such. I can't imagine any homeowner that would accept "painting over paint" as an acceptable course of action for NEW shingles.

They have painted the interior and exterior of our home. Very good work and one of the few companies we have used that did not have to come back to correct work.

This was so long ago I can't remember. I do remember they were very good but very pricey and that is why I couldn't use them again.

The work is done well and in a timely manner. It is time for my house to painted again and I will certainly call them.

I've dealt with Highland Park for years and they have always quoted a fair price for excellent work that holds up. Very professional in their dealings. I will definitely use them again in the future. Katherine Palmer

They have several painting projects for me over the last several years and have done a first rate job.

I was not satisfied. The wallpaper came off and it needed to be remodeled there because it took some of the drywall paper off and they said they would take care of all of that. I didn't want to stand there watching the workers so I was assuming they would come and do it the way they said they would but when I was gone, the job was not looking good. They did use a drywall mud to smooth off those areas but they didn't do a good job. I've asked for them to paint all the ceilings. It's kind of a cathedral ceiling and it's hard to see but if you look up there, I think they only put one coat on. I just wasn't happy but I don't want to call them back. A lot of their workers weren't really fluent in English so I just let it go. I wasn't pleased with the end product. They also did outside trim work which I did not look at closely but I don't think my husband was too satisfied with that either. They came on time.

They were excellent. They were fair on their pricing. The work was done well and cleaned up after themselves. The scheduling was pretty easy to take care of. I plan on using them in the future.

This went very well. They came recommended to me by a neighbor. Scheduling with them was very easy. I chose them because they had a better price and would do everything I wanted done. The quality of the work was very good. They had a good crew and they were here for three days. They did the power wash first, then the fill in, and then painted. They worked hard throughout the the whole process. Their clean up was great as well. They were just so easy to work with.

They are our go-to guys. They do excellent work. They are very clean and very careful. They are always prompt. I have always been pleased with them. They assisted me with what paint color goes best with the brick. I will be calling them again soon.

I would certainly use them again. Of all the estimates I got, theirs was very fair. I do not even bother to get estimates anymore. They came out on time and if there any issues with the work they come out right away and fix. I have never had any bad issues with them at all.

It turned out very well. Everything came out good. The only problem I have had was that they replaced a piece of rotted wood in a doorway and it is rotting again. I am not sure if the wood was not treated or what. Other than that, the paint job was good. They were very professional and I did not have any problems. They were a little pricier than another estimate I received. I chose them because they are insured.

They did a good job. No complaints. They cleaned up after the job well. They had to come back because there was an issue with the molding on the back of the house. They were accommodating for the problem by dropping the price for me. I was satisfied with the work and their response with the problem. I would recommend them. I felt the price was reasonable.

I have been using them for the past 15 years. They have done excellent work. They help maintain your house while they do their work and keep it clean during jobs. They are very professional. They are very responsive. They send out a representative to give the estimate and set up the schedule. I have gotten estimates from other painters, and Highland Park is always more reasonable with their pricing.

Their painting was fine. 2 years later, we had to have the window sills repainted since they were not primed properly. The price was reasonable and did they showed up on time.

The work was fine. We had no problems with the scheduling or the work. I had used them in the past with good, so I felt comfortable using them again.

They did not get the correct color of white we wanted. They could not match the trim to the other parts of the house. They got paints on the floor. The quality was not very good. The detail was not done to our satisfaction. They eventually got the correct color after a couple of tries.
