This is the fourth car High Tech has done for me. I have over 100k trouble free miles on the first transmission he rebuilt for me. I've been doing business with them for more than 10 years. They are the best. Bob is unreal. The planning and details he provides gives me great confidence in their ability to do the job right. The level of customer service is outstanding. I can call Bob after not speaking to him for more than a year and he immediately recalls all my cars and the work he's done for me in the past. Their prices are fair, they always meet their estimates and turn around times. I drive all the way from Gainesville to Chamblee to get High Tech to Service my Transmissions because I trust them.

The customer service and workmanship displayed by Bob Munch, Benny and the rest of the mechanics are by far the most incredible I have ever experienced. I brought the truck to them because of the transmission slipping and an oil leak that my garage said was the engine main rear oil seal. When I initially brought the truck in Bob drove it then sat down with me and asked about the history of my truck. He then told me what was wrong with the truck and emphasized that none of the work had to be done immediately. At that point he took me into the garage. The truck was on a lift and he proceeded to point out the good and the bad. He discussed how they would proceed if I decided to have it done. Absolutely no pressure. After I left I called him twice to ask additional questions. I also visited 2 additional garages. Since I had the money available I scheduled the work to be done. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon. On Tuesday morning he told me they removed the transmission and to come over if I wanted to see the truck without the transmission.. I went over and he spent about 30 minutes discussing what had to be done and what my options were. On Wednesday evening he called and told me what they had done that day. On Thursday he called twice to update me on the truck. On Friday I picked it up as scheduled. The estimate on the rebuild was 2K and that is what it cost. He kept me informed as to the costs of the additional work, which I approved, so it was not a surprise. It truly was an incredible experience and the truck runs better than ever. It came with a 1 year, 20,000 mile warranty.
It should be noted that all of the employees are salaried employees and have been with the company a long time. The garage has been there 26 years. Each employee has a share of the company so they are all part owners.

As usual it went perfectly. High Techs work is second to none. Diagnostics performed the day the car was dropped off and repairs completed as soon as possible. I know this because I was continually updated of the progress of the work, parts being ordered, estimated delivery date, etc. Car runs great. Bob and I are betting we can get 300K out of my Honda.
