Heirloom Design Build

The group was overall very professional. We had learned of them through a friend for whom they did a renovation for. Their process was broken up into two steps, design then construction. I was very pleased with the design process. They gave me the choice to use one of their architects or one of their designers if I wanted to save design fees. I choose to use their architect and was pleased with the results. We first reviewed the schematic plans and then after approval they put together the construction drawings. I was very impressed the way Heirloom's construction team worked during the design process. There were a few instances where they discussed the suggested ideas for the plan, which the architect had drawn, in order to keep the plan to the initial proposed budget. They were definitely keeping our budgets in mind in the design phase, while still being conscious about the design. The construction phase went very well. They had a very polite team and my wife and I really were happy about that. They were also good about keeping things clean. We absolutely love our kitchen and all of our new cooking and entertaining space. Overall, we would gladly use them again.
