Fireplace Service
I called Hearthfalls and I was the very first customer they ever had. They came all the way here from Little Rock, Arkansas. Jerry started having money problems because he was shipping these fireplaces in huge 6 foot by 6 foot wooden crates. They weren't packed properly. I got it with a huge crack in it. He shipped me 4 new ones. They were all broken. For two years, I was in constant contact with them. This 6 foot crate sat in my garage damaged for over a year. He made all these promises to me, but nothing ever came to fruition. The problem is that there was no recourse because he was refusing my mail and after a while another person started answering his phone saying that he had never spoken with me. It was constant lies. Finally, after 2 and 1/2 years they found me some matching pieces so I could piece it together.
